Financial Qualifications
We recommend getting pre-approved for loans as early as possible. We are able to provide lender recommendations that will work with you to understand the process and answer any questions that you may have.

Low Down Payment
We require only a $2,000 down payment to get started. No hidden costs, no additional fees, and only the most personalized approach to working with your budget. We work hard to understand each client and their financial situation, finding the route that’s least costly for them.

Lot Selection
Own land? We can review your site and discuss your vision and the possibilities. Looking for somewhere to build your dream home? Golden Key has development plans in locations across the Valley, perfectly suited for your new space.

Design Development
In order to design your dream home, we dedicate ourselves to getting to know you. Our design experts will work with you to understand what functions are most important in your home, and what you would change about your current layout. We work with you closely through many iterations and are always open to your feedback as we finalize design direction and start to streamline critical details.
